Shipping
Orders will be dispatched the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) via "Royal Mail 24h Tracked" or "Royal Mail International".
If we cannot meet these expectations due to incomplete information, stock availability or payment processing delays we will inform you of a new estimated dispatch date by email.
We currently only ship within the UK, EU and North America; if you are living abroad or need another service, please contact us via info@jsarchive.com.
UK
Orders under £150 - £10 shipping fee.
Orders above £150 - will be shipped free of charge.
EU - All Orders subject to £15 shipping fee.
USA + CANADA - All Orders subject to £25 shipping fee.
Customs / Duty
J.S. ARCHIVE does not take responsibility for any customs / duty charges that might be applicable to orders from outside the UK. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union.
The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.
There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.
RETURNS
Please check all the items that you have received against your order as soon as it is delivered and inform us of any discrepancies.
Products must be returned with their original packaging and swing tags intact. The product must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Please try on garments with care. Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. If you have any questions about products you have purchased, please get in touch with us by email at info@jsarchive.com. We will be happy to offer you advice on fit or styling so that you can get the best from your new clothes.
If you do wish to return an item from your order, please let us know within 14 days. Returns must be organised by yourself and you have to cover the cost of shipping.
Please retain the tracking details until we confirm that we have received the return. If possible we would like you to share tracking details with us, please send them to: info@jsarchive.com.
For international returns: please keep in mind that you are liable not only for the customs / duties when you receive the item, but also when returning an item.

As soon as we have received your return we will check all items and issue a refund accordingly. You should receive the refund within 2-5 days, but please allow up to 14 days. This period depends on the processing time of your bank.
